I bought this for someone that wanted to pick up local radio, and also wanted a weather channel for warnings.
It works great.

Just the simple radio I have been looking for . The sound is just perfect for use in my kitchen or when working in my garden.

This small and light weight radio does the job! Has a built in flashlight too. Can't beat the great price for a basic weather radio to have incase of emergency. Best part is that it is small enough to use on my bathroom vanity. Perfect because I love to have it on to listen have on while putting on my makeup. Reception could be clearer on certain stations but the location has a lot to do with that so can't complain. I'm very happy with it.

This small battery operated radio has a good sound and picks up local weather nicely. It is compact with a retractable antenna. Good value for the cost. Came in handy with recent storms that caused power outages.

It plays music and talk shows and even plays the news, it sounds good too.

Light is not as strong as I would like but functions. Tuner dial is one solid knob (not (2) knobs. Reception for Am/Fm & weather bands in Central Florida is very good. Speaker could use a little depth in sound but functions well. Could use a storage pouch for detachable power cord.

My local station does not run all the Houston Astros games so I needed a new radio to listen to the games. The radio was delivered as expected and east to set up and tune in to the games! I recommend purchasing this radio.

This is a great little radio that has good sound quality and is able to receive our local NOAA weather radio channel.

I'm a custodian in an elementary school. This light weight, sturdy radio/weather channel sits on my cleaning cart or drinking fountain. Its great to have the NOAA weather channel for emergency and an emergency light on the side. Worth the investment and highly recommended.
