I'm a mid 20s guy who grew listening to the radio. I was never one for the apps as I found the quality to be TOO good and it didn't fell like I was really tuning in to my favorite stations. I found this radio for $30 and so far it's been great after 2 months of use everyday. The quality is just what I was looking for and the volume goes crazy loud when turned all the way up! It's also rechargeable and has both am and fm stations. Hopefully it holds up for the long term. It's also very small, about the size of an oversized smart phone so it fits in almost all pockets. Not sure how durable it is as I've never dropped it but the construction is very nice and looks like it would stand up to the test. Recommended!

Smaller than expected but well constructed. The clarity of sound is especially impressive. Love the USB plug... was a pleasant surprise, as I didn't fully read the specs. Anyone who is in need of a simple radio, don't hesitate to purchase this one. I'm certainly glad I did.

Great value and coverage, get an extra $12 short wave antenna, available on Amazon, just clip on. Directions a little complex but not a big deal. Would use in go bag, USB chargeable big + can plug in a mp3 USB or micro SD...good gift also....

This is a great little radio and I highly recommend it to all. Looks great and works great. The best part are the large tuning buttons. Instead of a tuning dial that most radios have, this one doesn’t have a tuning dial. Instead you simply type in the channel you want to tune to. So looking for 106.1? Just type in 1061 and you’ve got it. Also has forward and backward scan buttons to find channels. It’s rechargeable with a red light showing charging to blue light telling you it’s fully charged. Reception is great at my location. Great little radio!

but I love this little radio. Its more than a radio, really, and it has so many functions. Great sound and the battery can last quite a long time. I listen off and on for a week, then recharge every Monday evening, and it does not take long to recharge. Love it! Good buy!

A small radio am fm and mp3 player all working good, and easy to use, sound is perfectly for personal use, battery power gave me all day play at 30% of volume , recharged took 2+ hours to full, not bad.....but price $ going up a lot before I could get one more.

Pleasantly pleased with the performance of this little radio! The speakers have amazing sound & good quality, and quite loud, which is great because I take it when I am on my Scooter :) I mainly use the microchip option, with all my favorite songs, and never fails to perform!

This is my second purchase of this radio. It is very nice. Small and works perfectly. I got one for my elderly mother who struggles with technology and I was hoping this would be easy for her to operate. She loves it and uses almost every single day. After I checked the one I bought her out and found how easy it is and functional I decided to get another one as an emergency radio. It is nice to have a radio if the power goes out. This is especially nice since you can use play audio books. Just another nice way to distract family if the power is out for a couple hours hopefully not days! Plus listen to the weather.

Excellent compact radio… Sound is crisp… Never have to buy batteries again… Holds the charge for hours and hours… I take mine for a walk and put it in my pocket I could hear it clear as day… Very good purchase
