The signal strength is great and the radio is situated in a basement. The battery life is fantastic. I like that you have a green light when it is done charging since the instructions say not to leave it charging very long after fully charged.

Very good, small unit. Impressed with the full, balanced sound from these little speakers - again, considering their size. Picks up FM stations clearly. Pairs Bluetooth devices easily. Just wish that it allowed playing USB on shuffle . Smart, little unit. Well worth the price.

i gave the prunus j-288 portable radio 5 stars because the radio has met all specifications.The sound is just great.Plus the radio is well built with durable materials.All the specs do work well.Battery life is pretty good, for such a small battery.Overall a great radio worth every penny.

I recently purchased the J-288. It's an impressive small radio. Two improvements are needed however: 1) add a pop-out stand, the radio falls over easily; 2) add a bass boost button for music. The speakerphone feature is wonderful!

I drive for a living and recently my vehicle broke down and I’m using my boss’s. His vehicle had no radio!! Driving all day with no radio wasn’t an option for me!! This plugs right in2 my auxiliary sounds awesome and last all day: I bring the charger with me in case I need to plug it in!!

Great Radio,reception is super,battery life is about 5-6hrs,but I bought 2 extra and charger, I rotate them out, on 9 hrs work day ,no prop. Very happy. I work in factory where reception is lousy,but this radio,is top notch.
